These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trove AI ("the app"), operated by Ashray Chowdhry. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Trove AI is a personal productivity tool that helps you organize saved short-form videos from platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others. The app uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, categories, tags, and action items from shared content.
You must create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google to use Trove AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Free trial. New subscribers receive a 1-month free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Plans. Trove AI offers two subscription plans:
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their refund policy.
You retain ownership of all content you create within Trove AI, including notes, collections, and organizational choices. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your saved URLs and associated metadata through our AI services solely to provide you with summaries and organization features.
Third-party content. Videos you save via Trove AI remain the property of their original creators. Trove AI stores links to and metadata about this content — it does not host, copy, or redistribute the original videos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the content you save.
You agree not to:
Summaries, tags, categories, action items, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. AI-generated content is provided for personal convenience and should not be relied upon as a sole source of information for important decisions.
We strive to keep Trove AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the app or by email.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers and your device. Account deletion is irreversible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trove AI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
